Ang Provincial Training Center (PTC) Lipa, sa pakikipagtulungan sa Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) Lipa City, ang matagumpay na pagtatapos ng pagsasanay sa paggawa ng Empanada sa Kalabasa sa BJMP Female Dormitory sa Lipa City, Batangas.
